Prompts and credits
Active-prompt limits describe how many questions can be monitored at once. Scan credits describe usage capacity. They are separate limits and should not be treated as the same number.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open Plans & billing from the product navigation. The cancellation flow asks what did not work, what features are missing, and what would make watchLLMs useful again, then opens the secure Dodo Payments customer portal to complete the billing change.
What happens after cancellation
The provider controls whether cancellation is immediate or scheduled for the next billing date. The webhook updates access when the provider confirms the terminal subscription state.
