Main metrics

Understand visibility, answer presence, position, sentiment, citations, and share of voice.

Visibility and answer presence

Answer presence is the percentage of monitored answers that mention your brand. Visibility summarizes how consistently the brand appears across the active prompt set, markets, and engines selected for the workspace.

Position and share of voice

Position records where the brand appears when an answer presents a ranked or ordered shortlist. Share of voice compares your mentions with the total mentions earned by you and tracked competitors.

Sentiment and message accuracy

Sentiment helps surface broad positive, neutral, mixed, or negative framing. Read the answer text before treating the label as a conclusion; message accuracy and the reasons behind the recommendation matter more than a single score.

Citations and cited sources

Citations show the pages an answer engine used or exposed as supporting evidence. A citation is not an endorsement, but repeated source patterns can reveal where your category’s evidence is being assembled.
